7:00pm: Team Pizza Meeting in Ballroom (French Quarter)

9:00pm: Party in the suite for those who want to join us.

8:30am: Entire team to the Ballroom for set up

10:00am: Registration Opens

2:00pm: TOC Semis

5:00pm: Registration Closes
 

7:00pm: Deep Stack

8:30am: Entire team to the Ballroom for set up

9:00am: Registration opens

9:00am: TOC Registration opens (maybe earlier)
 

10:00am: TOC Finals (hand-out chips) 
 

12:00pm: Grinders Tourney – Poker Room
 

4:00pm: Registration Closes
 

7:00pm: Tag Team Tournament

Monday, November 8th

9:00am: National Championship Registration opens (maybe earlier)  
 

10:00am: National Semi-Finals

10:00am: All League Tournaments – Quick Intro! (no sharing the mic)
 

2:00pm: Inter-League Championship

3:00pm: Registration Closes
 

4:00pm: Grinders Tournament – Poker Room

4:00pm: Marie / Kathy / John O / Thomas to Ballroom for party ‘set up’

7:15pm: Entire team to Party Room

 
8:00pm: Party Doors open
 

11:00pm: Party over – clean up!

10:00am: WLPC MAIN EVENT (hand-out chips)

6:00pm: Poker Gives Tournament

10:00pm: Grinders Tournament – Poker Room

Wednesday, November 10th

​

9:00am: Nationals Registration Opens

10:00am: WTP National Championship (hand-out chips)

​

3:00pm: Entire team to help pack up storage room
10:00pm: Final clean up of Poker Ballroom or later when done

11:00pm: Relax and THANK YOU!
